The following options are available in the toolbar of Process Modeler. You use Process Modeler to develop processes in your application when you open the Flow form.
Note: Toolbar options are disabled when a flow is read-only, in a locked ruleset, or checked out by another user.
Draft off — Enables draft mode
This option is available in systems where the production level is set to a value less than 5.
— Displays a palette of shapes that you can drag to the flow diagram.
— Opens the property panel for the shape that has focus.
— Enables individual and multi-selection of shapes so that you can control how many shapes are moved at a time.
— Selects all shapes so that you can move the flow diagram as a whole.
Tip: Click the mini map icon in the lower right of Process Modeler to quickly pan a flow diagram.
— Displays alignment markers as you move a shape, which are relative to other shapes in the flow diagram.
— Enables grid snapping as you move a shape in the flow diagram.
— Changes the orientation of swimlanes.
These options are available only when no swimlanes are in the flow diagram.
— Opens a preview of the harness that is associated with the shape that has focus.
— Displays the likelihood percentage of each connector.
Process Modeler — Converts a Visio diagram to a flow that you can edit in Process Modeler.
Overlay — Displays a menu of metrics that are based on historical data that you can display.
Task Volumes — The number of assignments that are on time, past goal, or past deadline.
Flow Analysis — The percentage of flow actions that users ran when they processed an assignment .
Task Duration — The average time that users took to process an assignment.
Policy Overrides — Connectors that are configured to suspend a case.
Optimization — The probability of each flow action that is associated with an assignment.
